This is what I call my birthday organizer box. It is a wooden box with a hinged lid. For each of your friends and family, you fill out a card with their name and birthday to place in the box. Organize the cards in chronological order and place them in the box. As each birthday passes, you take out the card and put it at the back of the stack again, so that the next name with the next birthday appears in the hole cut out in the front. Never forget a birthday again! hahah lol! It was originally a cream color with pale rose/purple colored accents. I pulled out my acrylic paints (bought at Michael's on sale for only 59 cents/bottle!), and painted the main part of the box blue, painting the inside of the heart a light green, and the lid purple with accents, and the rinm, a soft silver. It perfectly matches my bed spread, vanity desk, and picture frame! (pictures of those other items soon to come) :-)
